How will my product be shipped?
We ship products via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday for orders that were placed by Saturday. If you need your order by a certain date please include details when checking out.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
We hope you will love your products, however understand that items may not always work out. Refunds are not available, however we will provide an exchange or store credit within seven days of receipt of your package. Shipment of returned items is the responsibility of the customer.
I love the pieces of one or more of your artists listed in the shop, how can I see more work?
Visit our website to view original artwork. For pottery and jewelry we are happy to email images of what we currently have in stock.
What if I want to order original artwork from your website?/
To make a payment by phone for original works on our website you can reach us at 704.334.4616 during regular business hours (11am-6pm Wednesday through Saturday). We accept Visa and Mastercard for phone orders. Shipping and tax (if applicable) will still apply.
